Salwan Boys Sr. Sec. School celebrated Constitution Day with great enthusiasm on 26 November 2025. A special assembly was organised where teachers, students, and staff members collectively read the Preamble of the Indian Constitution, reaffirming core national values. The teachers explained important facts about the Constitution—its drafting by the Constituent Assembly, the role of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the 2 years 11 months and 18 days taken to frame it, and how it stands as one of the longest written constitutions in the world. A quiz link on constitutional awareness and a short film titled ‘75 Years of Constitution Adoption’ were shared with students. The event ended with a pledge to uphold our Fundamental Duties.
