Teachers’ Day was celebrated in Salwan Boys School with great enthusiasm and warmth on 04th September 2026. The students of Class XII took on the role of teachers for the day, gaining an opportunity to understand and appreciate the responsibilities of their teachers. The students also expressed their love and gratitude through handmade cards and handwritten appreciation notes. Students also placed their appreciation notes in an appreciation box. These were sorted teacher-wise and presented to the teachers as surprise appreciation packets, making the occasion truly memorable.
A special programme was organised for the teachers by Game Changers – MUFG (NGO), featuring a quiz on various states and cities along with interactive and fun-filled activities.
The programme was graced by Col. Sameer Salooja (Retd.), Manager, Salwan Boys School, who appreciated the efforts of the teachers and acknowledged their dedication towards their students.
Ms. Ravinderjeet Kaur, Offg In-charge, expressed her gratitude to the Management for their continued efforts and support for the teachers and the school.
