On 17 December 2025, ten students, accompanied by one teacher, participated in the Hunar Haat Traditional Art Workshop on Madhubani Painting, organised by Salwan Public School, Old Rajendra Nagar. The workshop offered hands-on training and was facilitated by Shri Sujit Karn, an eminent Madhubani artist. He guided the students through the finer nuances of sketching, drawing, and colouring, and explained the significance of traditional Madhubani motifs. The interactive session was engaging and culturally enriching, leaving students with a deeper appreciation of India’s rich folk art heritage.
